ABOUT JILL TURLEY

Jill Turley (formerly Haselman) founded Executive Capacity, LLC in 2009, following a 24-year corporate career, building exceptional organizations and measurable bottom line results through people and strategy.

Under Jill’s leadership, the Executive Capacity team integrates vision, goals, and core values, to create clarity and cultural authenticity within client’s organizations. People know “where we’re going”, “what we have to do to get there,” and “what we stand for.”

From her extensive experience, one of Jill’s core beliefs is that business performance is a direct result of developing and retaining top talent and a deep commitment to highly effective teams. Executive Capacity is committed to the 80/20 rule: 20% of the people and systems will execute 80% of the results, thus a rigorous focus on the right work and the right people (at all levels) will rapidly produce exceptional performance.
